BALEARIC ISLANDS YACHT CHARTERS
The four islands of the Balearics each boast a distinct personality. Classic, stylish Mallorca; energetic, boisterous Ibiza; natural, breezy Menorca; and laid-back, bohemian, Formentera. Getting to know each of them on a Mediterranean yacht charter is all is part of the fun!
DAY 1 – IBIZA TOWN
Embark on your Balearic yacht charter in the marina of Ibiza town; surrounded by luxury superyachts, soak up the summer atmosphere. Relax, perhaps even with an onboard spa treatment, as you prepare for a once-in-a-lifetime evening out to celebrate the first day of your yacht charter holiday.
DAY 2 – IBIZA TOWN TO FORMENTERA
One of the least visited destinations on a crewed yacht charter in the Mediterranean, Formentera is a hidden secret worth making the effort to discover. Popular with artists in the 1960s, the island still retains a bohemian vibe, along with an abundance of natural beauty and secluded beaches and coves.
DAY 3 – FORMENTERA TO CABRERA ISLAND
Your yacht captain will drop anchor in the sheltered bay of Cabrera, an uninhabited island - and local favourite - off the coast of Mallorca. After an afternoon swimming and sipping on Mallorcan wine, enjoy a delicious dinner under the stars, prepared to perfection by your yacht chef.
DAY 4 – CABRERA ISLAND TO PALMA
Palma, the capital of Mallorca, is a vibrant and stylish town, with impressive Gothic architecture; especially its majestic cathedral. Wander its picturesque streets before settling in for a meal in its bustling port; home to a tantalising array of waterfront restaurants.
DAY 5 – PALMA TO MENORCA
Menorca offers a return to nature after the cultural buzz of Palma. The island may lack the crowds of its neighbour, Mallorca, but it doesn’t lack spectacular coastline and idyllic beaches. Cala Morell is a particular favourite.
DAY 6 – MENORCA TO PUERTO SOLLER
To ensure the last day of your yacht charter is a memorable one, cruise back to Mallorca and drop anchor in the tranquil waters near Puerto Soller, a pretty fishing village, set at the bottom of the dramatic Tramuntana mountains. A moment - and yacht vacation - to remember.
